PLEASE NOTE:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items they have ordered can be legally imported to the destination country. Regulations may prohibit certain manufacturing materials and/or LGBTQIA+ content. Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and customs fees.


Shipping Restrictions

As our shipping mod is located in the USA, we ask that anyone placing orders to be shipped to the following countries please include their tax ID. If you do not provide your tax ID, we will reach out during the shipping process via the email provided.

As our shipping mod is located in the USA, we are unable to ship to the following countries due to sanctions outside of our control:
  • Afghanistan
  • Belarus
  • Brunei Darussalam
  • Gaza Strip
  • Iran
  • Lebanon
  • North Korea
  • Myanmar
  • Niue
  • Russian Federation
  • Syrian Arab Republic
  • Yemen
If you live in a particularly unstable or difficult to reach region, please consider reaching out to the mods before ordering to ensure we can get your package to you.

Additionally, as a matter of solidarity, because we cannot currently ship to the Gaza Strip, we will not be shipping to Israel.


Shipping Times

Please note that items will ship after production is complete. Production does not begin until pre-orders have closed.

Below are our estimated delivery times. Please note that these are ETAs from the point the package is physically dropped off at the post office:
  • USA / Major Urban Centres / Regular Parcel : 4 - 10 business days
  • USA / Non-Major Urban Centres / Regular Parcel : 4 - 13 business days
  • USA / Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico / Regular Parcel : 7 - 14 business days
  • Canada / Small Packet (Air/Surface) : 5 days - 4 weeks
  • International / Small Packet (Surface) : 4 - 12 weeks

Digital Deliveries
Digital deliveries will arrive via email, to the email address you used when completing your purchase.

Digital deliveries will be sent out the same week that physical shipping begins.


Returns/Refunds/Replacements

We don't do returns due to the cost of return shipping, if there's an issue with your package, we'll go with a refund and/or replacement instead.

If you'd like to initiate a refund or replacement, please get in touch with the mods either via social media or by emailing us at [email protected].

  • If your package has not yet arrived, please wait until 1 week past the maximum listed shipping time for your area to initiate a refund or replacement. We ask you to wait that extra week in order to give the post office extra time to deliver your package in cases of unforeseen delay.
  • If your package has not yet shipped and you have changed your mind and would like to initiate a refund, contact us ASAP and we'll get it done.
  • If your package has already shipped, please wait until 1 week past the maximum expected delivery time for your area to initiate a refund.
  • If your shipping label has already been purchased, we can refund the cost of your package, but not the cost of shipping.

Please note, we do not cover refunds or replacements for the following circumstances:
  • Items were damaged during transit due to mishandling of the shipping company (package left in the rain, bent to fit mailboxes, etc).
  • Order was delivered to an old address (without being returned) due to the buyer not informing the change to Path of Life by the cut off date.
  • Order was delivered at a wrong address (without being returned) due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer on their order.
